How soon can I start exercising after giving birth?

There are safe exercises and activities for every stage of the postpartum journey. Starting right away with guided breathwork and mobility work can help facilitate recovery and prevent additional loss of strength between birth and getting back to your pre-pregnancy sport/activity.

Do you offer virtual appointments?
